This week, I'm reading Emery Lord's highly anticipated sophomore novel, The Start of Me and You. I can tell you that it is fabulous so far, and I am fairly positive that I am going to love this book. "I like it. My mom just wouldn't let me wear it that one time."
"That is cute," Tessa cried, gesturing at the dress. "Why doesn't your mom like it?"
"Too skimpy," I said, making air quotes.
